A smart, well-equipped hotel with attractive grounds and pool. A steep walk up to the town but lovely views from the area where we had breakfast.
We had to pay for towels and caps to wear in the pool. These sort of things should be complementary in a good hotel like this one.

There was a sunny balcony in our room. This hotel had a central position. The location of the property was excellent.

From my room, I had a nice view of the hills. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a cool spot called Il Broglino. It's only a 15-minute walk from the Todi Ponte Naia train station 🌄.

The hotel was extremely clean and well looked after. We found our stay in Villa Luisa very relaxing and enjoyable. We particularly loved the pool area and the terrace overlooking the beautiful scenery.
The pool was a little too deep for nervous swimmers!

Villa Luisa in Todi offers excellent value for money. The hotel's website had a special offer that allowed us to enjoy a spacious, new room with a stunning view of the gardens and the valley below, all at the price of a standard room. The attention to detail in the room was apparent, with automatic blinds to adjust the lighting and a large, modern bathroom. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, even going so far as to open a bottle of sparkling prosecco for us to enjoy on our balcony. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh, local products, including meats, cheeses, pastries, and a selection of jams. The hotel's location in the beautiful gardens, overlooking the Umbrian countryside, provided a tranquil setting for relaxation and exploration.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The breakfast could be more various. It was a bit dull and not very healthy.

The room was old and tired looking, and the bathroom was not clean. The staff were not very friendly or helpful.
